The Opportunity: Lead the Future of Home-Based Care

Are you an experienced Acute Care NP or PA ready to take the next step in your career? You have mastered the clinical side—now it’s time to lead.

myLaurel is looking for a Clinical Field Manager to spearhead our Washington market. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role: you will dedicate 50% of your time to direct patient care (bringing hospital-level treatment to the home - based on business needs) and 50% to operational leadership (mentoring the team, optimizing logistics, and driving quality).

If you are an Experienced Acute Care Clinician who wants to keep your clinical skills sharp while building and leading a high-performing team, this is your role. There will be considerable travel the first 90 days, tentatively 50% for training.  Post 90 days, travel will be minimal.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Top-Tier Compensation: We recognize your dual expertise in clinical care and leadership with a competitive package ($180k-$190k base).
  • Best of Both Worlds: Don't lose your clinical edge. You will treat high-acuity patients and shape the operational strategy of the market.
  • Autonomy & Impact: You are the primary clinical leader on the ground, trusted to solve problems and drive outcomes.
  • Start-Up Culture: Build something new. You will help recruit, train, and launch the next generation of field providers.

The Perks & Benefits

  • 🏖️ Unlimited Vacation: Focus on your work-life balance with our Discretionary Time Off policy (eligible after 90 days).
  • 💡 Comprehensive Health: Choice of 6 Aetna Medical Plans to fit your needs (effective after just 1 month).
  • 🦷 Total Wellness: Premium Dental & Vision Coverage.
  • 💰 Future Planning: 401(k) Retirement Plan.
  • 💻 Tech-Enabled: Company-provided laptop, accessories, and a fully equipped medical field kit.

What You Will Do

1. Clinical Leadership (50%)

  • Treat: Perform comprehensive acute care assessments and advanced interventions (IVs, meds, POCUS) in patient homes.
  • Diagnose: Order/interpret labs and imaging to prevent unnecessary hospital readmissions.
  • Educate: Empower patients and families to manage complex conditions.

2. Operational Management (50%)

  • Lead: Serve as the primary mentor and point of contact for the field clinical team.
  • Build: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the Clinical Team.
  • Optimize: Manage schedules, medical inventory, and field logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Improve: Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive patient safety and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted ARNP or PA-C license in the state of Washington.
  • Experience: Minimum 3,600 hours (approx. 2 years) of clinical experience in an acute setting (ER, ICU, Hospitalist, or Acute Care Surgery), 5+ years preferred.
  • Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or precepting role is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems and independent clinical procedures (IV access, phlebotomy).
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license and the ability to manage a field-based workflow.
