Location: Everett, Washington (Field-Based / Snohomish County)
Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000 Annual Salary + Generous Sign-On Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt)
Schedule: 3x12 Shifts (8:30 am – 8:30 pm) | 3 Days/Week | Includes rotating weekends/holidays

As an Advanced Field Clinician with myLaurel, you will lead our innovative Acute Care at Home™ model. Partnered directly with an on-site Paramedic or EMT, you will deliver high-acuity, sophisticated medical interventions to patients in their own homes—providing a superior, evidence-based alternative to the ER.

Core Responsibilities
High-Acuity Intervention: Deliver complex clinical care and manage multi-morbidities using evidence-based acute care protocols.
Team Leadership: Direct on-site Paramedics/EMTs to perform advanced bedside diagnostics and treatments across the Everett/Snohomish County area.
Clinical Sophistication: Practice at the top of your license ordering and interpreting Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), rapid labs, and portable imaging in real-time.
True Autonomy: Act as the primary clinical decision-maker in the field, supported by our advanced clinical orchestration team.
EMR Excellence: Ensure real-time, accurate documentation of every patient encounter to drive clinical quality.
What You Bring to the Team
Licensure: Active Washington State ARNP or PA-C license.
Clinical Edge: 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care (Required).
Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
Local Navigation: Ability to navigate and provide care seamlessly within the Everett/Snohomish County region.
Mobility & Drive: Valid driver’s license and a passion for sophisticated, field-based clinical work.
